You remember how I mentioned that I have not gone school shopping at all? Well today I bought the first things for school, a backpack. It is an amazing backpack that I have been wanting forever and ever and a day, so I'm super excited. It's from one of my favorite store ever, Urban Outfitters, it's such a magical place full of whimsy. It's the black canvas rucksack... and it's amazing.

Well, anyways, now I hope it gets here in time for school... and that it's the proper size. I've had trouble with previous backpacks not being the right size...


AHHH!! I'm so excited... now I have to buy the other things...

Convenience Stores & Laundromats

So every now and then I go to the convenience store near my house, to get whatever is tickling my fancy at the moment... and then I head over to the local laundromat --which conveniently, is next door. The reason that I go to the laundromat is because there are usually magazines there --cool ones.

So today, I headed to the convenient store (and if you're curious I got a cookie --half peanut butter half brownie... it was gross.) After I got my (disgusting) sugar fix, I headed to the laundromat...but today.... THERE WAS NO MAGAZINE. I was so disappointed.

Where was that --anonymous-- person who always leaves really amazing magazines there? They let me down, and the worse part, is that this isn't even the first time... this is a long going problem.

If only my parents gave me enough money to buy my own magazines...

Goodbye Summer Days... Hello Neglectful Parents

Mr. Summer's almost gone and Mr. Fall is in his way... so I started making a wishlist of ALL the things that I want on my favorite website. (UO) But, that's just it, it's a WISHlist... with obvious emphasis on the wish part... because like hell I'd be getting more than half of those things. Oh, if only I had those trees that had money growing from them... but I don't, so I'll just deal with the local stores and their clothing.

But, can you believe that my mommy and father haven't given me money to go off and buy myself some clothes for my... (ugh) junior year of high school?!! that's crazy. If it was up to me, I would have given myself two-hundred bucks and spend it all on shiny new things... but nothings ever up to me. So, I'll just wait for my parents to hand over some cold hard cash; they have to do it soon. There are two weeks left of summer --TWO WEEKS.

Of course they waited this long....

MTV? Where did you go?

Have you noticed how, for lack of a better word, stupid MTV has gotten. Some of you could say that it's been that way, but I think it's been slowly getting there. And now, it's just trash. Where is the Music? Oh, that's been replaced with those mindless reality shows. 

If no music is airing, besides in the middle of the night... MTV should change its name. It's practically lying to its viewers; It's not "Music Television". It hasn't been that in a long while.

Stop lying to yourself MTV. Bring our music back.

My Sweet (Cheap) Guitar

Well, hello everyone...


So, I have this guitar, right? It's from my friendly neighborhood Target(tm) and I so so so want to learn how to play. I NEED to learn how to play, and I want to learn by the end of this summer. I have know idea how I am going to achieve that, but I hope I do. I am going to try and start this Monday, but I completely forgot that I have a little excursion with a couple of my cohorts... but I'll try to start right before that little trip and after it. If you know any good websites that I could use in my effort to learn how to play, please let me know, just post them on the comments sections. (And by "you" I mean, the what? 3-4 people who "follow" me. :P)

Runs in the Family

So last Friday, my friends and I planned to go to the mall and after that we'd have this movie night thing that we had been planning for a while now. So we did that and it was tons of fun, we watched a very "teenage" movie, but it was fun. (though some of them would not shut up!) It was really cool, I had a lot of fun. 


Anyways, earlier that week, my mom had mentioned something about a newly started youth group thing at my our church. She told me that the fat round thing priest wanted me too attend it. I thought it'd be cool, because I've always heard of people going to youth groups and having fun, so I was like yeah that sounds find. But then I discovered it was on that same Friday, so immediately was I said "Hell no!" "Nope, I have that one thing, with those one people." (really I said it like that.) 


So she was like, "Okay, fine." because she knows that I like never go to friends' houses our even hang out with them till this year. (Because I'm an eight grader.) So, I didn't go, and I never thought about it or heard about it.... till the Saturday after my parents arrived from church. My mom had news for me, she told me that the priest had gone up to them and said:


"There was a young man in this family that I did not see on Friday." And she said it in a really funny, menacing tone. That just cracked me up. She, then told him "Oh, he was working on a very important project." That made me laugh even more, we're all liars... and SHE LIED AT CHURCH, TO A PRIEST! haha. She's amazing. 


So, this she needed to talk to the priests, one of them, and so when she talked to one of them, he brought up the topic of my sister and I. That he never sees as at church, and blah blah blah. So, he was somewhat reprimanding her and preacher at her. In the end my mother let him know that I would be attending the following youth group meeting. 


I can't believe my mother lied at him, and I can't believe that priest can't mind his on business. I should give him a piece of my mind (okay not really, and I swear I'm not Satan, I swear, I just get angry when people are stupid like that)


Well, I wonder what youth group will be like... ha ha ha.
